When are plushies available for sale?
-I typically have a drop every 2 weeks, on Saturdays at 11am CST. However, during the summer, drops may be more sparse. Make sure you are in my Facebook VIP group, Yarntasia Plush VIP, for all the latest news

Returns and refunds
-I do not offer returns or refunds. Because a lot of my work is done on a custom basis, so you have gotten the opportunity to choose your dream plushie. If your plush is damaged upon delivery, please contact me within 24 hours to discuss options on a case by case basis.

What age are plushies safe for?
-I use glass micro beads to add weight to my plushies, making them unsuitable for children under 5. 

Help! My plushie is damaged!
-If your plushie splits a seam from normal play, not rough and tumble wrestling, I will be happy to repair it at no cost. Contact me thru facebook or email to discuss.
